1 Scope (B2B Only)
These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to business clients.

2 Services
Services may include:
- Drone operations (indoor/outdoor)
- FPV flights
- Aerial media production
- Photogrammetry
- 3D scanning
- Digital twins
- Point clouds
- Technical visualizations
Scope is defined exclusively in the individual offer.
No official surveying services are provided unless explicitly agreed.
3 Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- property access
- owner and property manager approvals
- overflight permissions
- required neighbor consents
- on-site coordination
4 Drone Compliance
Reality Drone is responsible for:
- aviation law compliance
- geozone checks
- operational safety
- required liability insurance
5 Weather and Rescheduling
Outdoor operations are weather dependent.
If unsuitable weather or regulatory restrictions occur:
- the session may be postponed
- already incurred costs are chargeable
- additional travel and ancillary costs are billed at actual expense
- no liability arises from weather-related delays
6 Delivery and Acceptance
Deliverables must be reviewed within 14 calendar days.
Absence of written defect notice constitutes acceptance.
7 Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 21 days.
Usage rights transfer upon full payment.
8 Currency
All offers and invoices are issued exclusively in Euro (EUR).
Payments must be made in Euro to the German bank account stated on the invoice.
Exchange rate risks and banking fees are borne by the Client.
9 VAT and Cross-Border Services
Prices are quoted net of VAT.
Reverse charge may apply for EU-based business clients.
For non-EU clients, German VAT may not apply if statutory conditions are fulfilled.
Foreign taxes or withholding taxes are borne by the Client where legally permissible.
10 Platform Licensing
Recurring hosting or licensing fees may apply when third-party platforms are used.
Such fees are transparently itemized in the offer.
11 Intellectual Property
Raw data remains with Reality Drone unless otherwise agreed.
The Client receives a non-exclusive usage right within the agreed scope.
Resale or sublicensing requires separate agreement.
12 Self-Promotion
Reality Drone may use created content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly excluded prior to project start.
13 Liability
Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence.
For simple negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and capped at the net contract value.
14 International Operations
German law applies.
Mandatory local regulations remain unaffected.
Operations in the Philippines are subject to CAAP regulations.
15 Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, where legally permissible.
