Usage Rights

Compliance & Usage Policy

This policy applies to services provided under the brands: Meta-Venues Reality Drone Operated by CON Production GmbH, Berlin

1. Operational Compliance

CON Production GmbH complies with:

• applicable aviation laws
• EU drone regulations
• national airspace restrictions
• geozone checks
• operational safety assessments
• data protection laws (GDPR)
• required liability insurance

For international operations, applicable local regulations apply (e.g., CAAP in the Philippines).

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

• property access
• building entry permissions
• overflight permissions
• third-party consents (e.g., neighbors)
• filming or site permits where required

Services cannot be performed without these permissions.

3. Intellectual Property

All created content (images, video, 3D models, point clouds, datasets, digital twins) is protected by copyright. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive usage right within the agreed scope. Raw data remains with CON Production GmbH unless otherwise agreed. Resale or sublicensing requires written agreement.

4. Portfolio Usage

CON Production GmbH may use created content for:

• portfolio
• website
• social media
• presentations
• awards

unless confidentiality obligations apply or were contractually excluded before project start.

5. Platform Licensing

If services are delivered via third-party hosting platforms:

• recurring annual license fees
• hosting fees
• renewal fees

may apply. Such costs are transparently itemized in the offer.

6. International Operations

For services outside Germany:

• mandatory local regulations apply
• permitting requirements may differ
• tax implications may vary

German law remains the contractual basis unless otherwise agreed.
